Questions we often hear
Do you work in Belgium as well?
We work in the Netherlands and Belgium. Tell us your postcode and we will confirm.
Do I need a new fuse box?
Sometimes: when there is no free space or the box is outdated. We tell you during the visit and put it in the quote, never afterwards.
Do I need three-phase power for a home charger?
Not always. A single-phase charger works in most homes; three-phase charges faster if your connection has it. We check this during the visit.
What is load balancing?
The charger adjusts its power to what the rest of the building uses, so the main fuse does not trip. Useful at home and essential with several chargers.
How quickly can you come?
It depends on the planning that week. Send your request and we reply with the first possible day.
